The box showed up literally crushed, and the items inside felt like they were barely packed with any care. Definitely not the best experience.

I ordered a gift from peacelilygifts.com thinking it would arrive in time, since that’s what it looked like at checkout. But it showed up much later than expected, like way later, and that really threw everything off.

I kept checking the tracking over and over, and it barely moved for days. There wasn’t really a clear update either unless I went digging for it myself, which was frustrating, frustrating enough that I started wondering if it was even coming.

The gift was for a birthday, so by the time it finally arrived, it was basically useless. I get that delays happen, but this was just too much, and I wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something by a certain date...

The print looked faded, there were a few small marks on the item, and the whole thing was disappointing since it was supposed to be a present. What made it more annoying was that it wasn’t even clear who actually owns or runs the shop, so it felt hard to know who to hold responsible. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I had to reach out about my order, and the response took a bit longer than I was expecting. Once they got back to me, they were polite and did get everything sorted, but I did have to send a follow-up first. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not quite as smooth or quick as I’d hoped. A little more communication with updates would’ve made it better.

I was annoyed when this arrived. The wrapping looked sloppy, cheap, and like someone rushed through it without caring. I don’t have much patience for stuff like that, especially when it’s supposed to be a gift.

I don’t mind waiting a bit, shipping can be weird sometimes, I’ve had packages take random scenic routes like they’re on vacation — but this was much slower than expected. Support also took forever to get back to me, which didn’t help. I was trying to plan around a gift deadline, not solve a mystery. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

I’ll say it does have some good points and the overall experience wasn’t terrible. That said, for the price, I expected a lot more and it just didn’t feel worth the money to me. It’s not bad, but I’d probably only consider it again if it were cheaper.
